Cette fois, les Rangers l’ont emporté 5 à 2.
Igor Shesterkin a été brillant dans la victoire des siens. Il a repoussé 37 des 39 tirs dirigés vers lui par les Hurricanes.
En plus de cela, le gardien russe s’est même permis d’obtenir deux passes. Oui, oui, deux passes en tant que gardien.
Bref, tout comme lors de la saison régulière, Shesterkin est vraiment le MVP des Rangers en séries.
Il est quasiment en train de battre les Hurricanes a lui seul.
Le gardien russe s’est clairement très bien repris en main après avoir connu quelques difficultés face aux Penguins.
Il connaît d’excellentes séries éliminatoires comme en témoigne cette statistique.
